⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

• Tax Review Leadership — Review a broad range of tax returns (companies, trusts, partnerships, HNW individuals) with accuracy, insight, and a coaching mindset.
• Client Relationship Management — Be the face of the firm for your portfolio; build trust, guide clients through complex matters, and proactively identify opportunities.
• Business Initiative — Work closely with business owners and decision‑makers, applying commercial thinking to help them grow, streamline, and plan.
• Advisory Exposure — Support managers and partners on advisory pieces across structuring, CGT, small business concessions, and tax planning.
• Team Collaboration — Contribute to a supportive, low‑ego team that values communication, initiative, and continuous improvement.

📌 Business Services Responsibilities (Included in the Role)

• Preparation & Review of financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
• BAS/IAS Oversight and review of GST, FBT, and payroll tax obligations
• Client Advisory on cashflow, budgeting, structuring, and business performance
• Workflow Management across a diverse client base
• ATO & ASIC Liaison on behalf of clients

• 5+ years’ experience in public practice across tax and business services
• Strong review capability and confidence managing client conversations
• Excellent communication skills — you enjoy being client‑facing
• Commercial awareness and the ability to think beyond the numbers
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
