⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Property Accounting — Prepare and review monthly property financials, including balance sheets, P&L, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
• Systems Implementation — Lead and support system upgrades, process automation, and workflow improvements across the finance function.
• Yardi/Property Systems — Work with property management platforms to enhance reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Business Partnering — Collaborate with asset managers, operations, and senior leaders to provide insights and support decision‑making.
• Process Improvement — Identify gaps, streamline processes, and embed best‑practice controls as the business scales.

🎯 What You Bring

• 3–6 years’ experience in property accounting or management accounting
• Strong systems mindset — ideally with Yardi, MRI, or similar
• A passion for improving processes and embedding better ways of working
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders
• A collaborative, proactive approach and genuine team spirit
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
