The Role
This role is integral to supporting the group’s investment strategy, capital deployment activities, and performance reporting framework. You will contribute to the execution of the investment plan, support capital raising initiatives, and participate in transaction due diligence. The position requires strong analytical capability, commercial judgement, and the ability to synthesise financial insights for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Performance Analysis — Analyse financial and operational data to assess asset‑level and portfolio‑level performance, preparing insights for internal and external reporting.
• Capital Transactions Support — Partner with the Capital Transactions team on acquisition feasibilities, financial modelling, and due diligence.
• Investment Documentation — Collate, interpret and present financial information for Information Memorandums, investor presentations, and research papers.
• Competitor Benchmarking — Conduct market and peer analysis to support investment decision‑making and strategic positioning.
• Feasibility Modelling — Maintain and update project feasibilities, including scenario modelling, cash flow forecasting and sensitivity analysis.
• Board Reporting — Assist with the preparation of monthly board papers, providing clear commentary and performance insights.
• Cash Flow & Capital Management — Support cash flow management processes and ensure accurate forecasting across projects and investments.
• Budgeting & Forecasting — Contribute to annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across the portfolio.

Skills & Experience You may come from a Big 4 / mid‑tier professional services environment or already be working within an investment, funds management, or corporate finance setting. You will bring:

• CFA or studyed Economics
• Strong interest in working within a large, sophisticated investment platform.
• Experience in financial analysis, research, report writing or investment‑related commentary.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance and reporting requirements relevant to investment and funds.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a high‑performing team.
