Your Role As a Senior Accountant in the Business Services team, you will:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, partnerships, and trusts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation.
• Deliver insightful business advisory services, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure their financial needs are met.

About You To succeed in this role, you will have:

• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in business services or public practice accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax laws and accounting standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or APS.
