💼 The Role

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Senior Fund Accounting Manager, taking ownership of financial reporting and statutory accounts for funds holding commercial property assets. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and insight across financial statements, management reports, and board papers.

📊 Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly financials, annual and half-year statutory accounts
  • Maintenance of the fixed assets register
  • Preparation of joint venture financial statements and liaison with JV partners and financiers
  • Preparation of monthly drawdown statements for financiers and equity partners
  • Updating project feasibilities, including cash flow analysis
  • Assisting with monthly board papers, including cashflow management and feasibility analysis
  • Annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

We’re seeking candidates who bring both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. You will likely come from a professional services environment or already be working in the property sector, with:
  • CA / CPA qualification (or close to completion)
  • Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
