An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Management Accountant to join a small but rapidly expanding property business.

This is a hands‑on, true business partnering role, working closely with the owners and senior leaders as the organisation continues to scale nationally.
In a lean environment where your work has real impact, you’ll take ownership across financial and management accounting, reporting, budgeting, and operational support. The business is also focused on strengthening its systems and processes, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys improving workflows and embedding better reporting foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, analysis, and performance reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly management reports.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and oversight of budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Provide financial business partnering to project and site teams across the country.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Contribute to credit control activities to support improved operational cash flow.

Skills & Experience

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience within Property preferred; Infrastructure or Financial Services also valued.
• Strong systems capability, ideally with exposure to Yardi or similar property platforms.
• Experience with property system implementation or optimisation is highly regarded.
• Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior management.
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting capability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving small‑business environment.
