Your Role As a Senior Accountant in the Business Services team, you will step into an already established client base, giving you immediate impact and continuity. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs, partnerships and trusts
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance documentation
• Delivering meaningful business advisory services such as budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management
• Providing proactive tax planning strategies to optimise client outcomes
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development
• Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients who value trusted advice

About You You will bring the capability and confidence to operate with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team. You have:

• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
• 4–6 years’ experience in business services or public practice
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑first mindset
• The ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality
• Experience with Xero, MYOB or APS
